How to lose weight fast



At home, with a reasonable amount of exercise, one can lose about 1-2 pounds each week. More the weight you need to lose, more workout you have to do.
Let’s take an example. If your daily intake of calories is 1100-1300 a day, then you need to exercise for 1.25 hours each day. If you weigh more than 250 pounds, then with this kind of workout you will easily lose 3-5 pounds in the first week itself. But do not try to be too hard on yourself. It may lead to fatigue.
Increase the duration of workout slowly and steadily.
Some expert advices are:
  • Eat more vegetables to give you more energy but less fat.
  • Do drink a lot of water.
  • Retrain yourself from going for junk foods.
  • Stay busier as it will help you to put food out of your mind.
  • Don't skip meals

Now let’s move on to exercise part. Losing weight requires at least an hour a day of exercise
Plan to do cardio exercise and strength training.
Cardio burns a lot of calories, so it is recommended for fast weight loss, but after doing it, you also need to include a few hours every week of strength training. To burn the most of the fat, try to sweat as much as possible.
If you're new to exercise, and you need to lose a lot of weight, it's wise to check in with doctor first.
Pace yourself. Don't stress yourself too much and too soon -- work your way up so that you can help prevent any kind of injury.  

Do some brief bursts of high intensity workouts followed by low pace exercises, this helps to release a lot of sweat.
